Payment
& Shipping
All payments for orders must be placed successfully before any orders can be shipped. Please allow at least 2-4 weeks for customized orders.
Refunds &
Exchanges
All customized units are final sale. There is a 14 day warranty for customized orders, only on defects. Class deposits are non-refundable. After attending any class, payments are non-refundable.
The refund/exchange policy is as follows:
All products in original packaging and sealed can receive store credit of equal or lesser value. Receipt must be presented to receive store credit. If shipped, customer is responsible for shipping the product back but the exchange product would be free shipping.
